Deer island is an awesome place to explore by land or sea. We are known for our peaceful pace, cool ocean breezes and abundance of nature's treasures.
The Deer Island Inn is situated on twenty-five acres of woodland, where deer, pheasants and bald eagles can be seen when hiking through our trails. The Island has some wonderful beaches and the tides are constantly changing the landscape, making shelling and beachcombing a true treasure hunt.
On the water there is always a cool breeze and amazing wildlife to discover. Kayaking with a pod of porpoises or being close enough to see the barnacles on a whale, are memories that last a lifetime.
